SHIPPING POLICY

• NOTE: TULY ships and manufactures all products directly from Guatemala.
• You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
• The estimated delivery time of the Products ordered varies by country, and may also vary within a country between different territories. You can review the estimated delivery time for your country on the page by writing to sales@tuly.shop; Please note that the delivery times indicated are always estimates and may be longer, for example, in connection with holidays or sales. The delivery time will not exceed 15 days (stock), unless TULY has expressly agreed with you a longer delivery time.
• If for any reason the materials needed to make your product are not available, you will be notified and given a new delivery window.

RETURN POLICY

TULY develops handmade products in small batches, and variations in color and fiber size of accessories should be expected. TULY does not accept returns of —- due to these irregularities Please note that the Products are made by hand and that each Product is a unique piece: the sizes and colors of the Products may vary slightly. However, if for any other reason you are not satisfied with your handmade TULY products, you may return your bag and bag (clean, unused) in their original packaging to our address within 7 days of receipt; with the tracking code that was sent to us after shipment for a refund through our payment gateway. Attention: Shipping costs for your original order are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any additional return shipping costs. Only items will be refunded. Use our email sales@tuly.shop telling us why you are not satisfied and we will provide you with the necessary details and address for the return. We love feedback, so please let us know if there’s anything we can do better with our product or service.

PAYMENT POLICY

TULY accepts all major credit and debit cards through QpayPro, an easy and secure online payment method that charges a fee for each transaction according to its own policies. This cost will not be reflected on your invoice; will be subtracted from the amount invoiced to the client. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the payment card issuer refuses, or subsequently refuses, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

UNEXPECTED SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES ISSUES

Some countries may require import taxes and other customs fees. If applicable, these charges must be paid by the customer.

The costs of taxes or import duties will be billed to you directly from the transport provider. Please check with your selected shipping provider in your country before placing your order. After the courier marks the package as delivered, the packages become the responsibility of the customer. TULY cannot provide refunds for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

 

SIGNATURE

All international packages require a signature upon delivery; A tracking number will be provided once the shipment is made.
